Great shoes for bad feet! 😊

I love these shoes! I have Morton's neuroma and plantar fasciitis so finding comfortable shoes is next to impossible. I have been able to wear these all day with no pain! And I've also purchased some Taos sandals which are also some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever had!

Better Than Expected

Let’s face it, this is a fashion sneaker. That being said, it is probably the most comfortable fashion sneaker I have worn. I have severe flat feet & have to wear orthotic arch supports in all my athletic shoes to be able to walk & exercise. I was a little skeptical that these sneakers would provide enough support without my orthotics. At least enough support to wear running errands or for dinner on the town. I am very pleased with the support & plan on taking them on vacation for outings. They won’t be for all day walking or on-my-feet all day activities, but they will give a comfortable choice for social activities.

Luv the style, adore the comfort!

Luv the zipper! These r so stylish! I have 3 pairs of these. I have a light floral, a reddish maroon floral and snakeskin. I get more compliments on all of my 6 tennies that I own. The other 3 don’t have the zippers but have very cool color schemes. Most importantly is the comfort and support. The fit and the arch support are done so well and I really thank Taos for this. I appreciate u big time as a company. I can wear these all day and I have fibromyalgia (muscle disorder), a ton of nerve pain from stenosis throughout my entire spine. I also have a ton of osteo arthritis in my legs, hips and feet. These support my body and help with keeping pain at bay. I can go for long walks and do so much on trips all day and just everyday activity. I luv these so much because I don’t have to wear the normal orthopedic footwear that is ugly as heck. I am a fashionable 65 year that can feel good about the support I am getting but also the style I get to have. Even though I have 6 tennies, they r all canvas, so now my wish list includes leather. So yes, I’m still not done with adding more Taos to my closet! Thank u for what u doTaos. Keep up the extraordinary work.

My favorite shoes right now

Since these arrived I’ve been wearing them more than any of my other casual sneakers. I have low arches and plantar fasciitis, and the arch support and heel cushion are great without feeling like they’re too thick. I’ve received compliments every time I wear them! They’re fun and comfortable, easy to put on and they go with just about anything…what more could you ask for??

Love the fit and the look!

The fit is perfect, and the arch support is OMG fantastic, especially if you suffer from plantar fasciitis. I walked 14k steps/day on different types of surfaces and had zero foot discomfort. The look is super cute, but my only complaint is the zipper is sometimes a bit tough to close. That said, its not constant and I would buy again and again.

Comfort out of the box!

Very comfortable with good arch support. Bought these originally in size 10 but they were too narrow so exchanged for 10W which fit perfectly although I’ve never worn a wide. I will order in another color as well!

My favorite shoes

I have a high arch, just found that out last year from my neurologist. I also have neuropathy. These shoes make all the difference. A built in arch on every pair is a great way to live in comfort. Plus the quality of Taos shoes is top notch!!!

This is now my fourth

This is now my fourth pair of Z Soul. I love them all! I love the arch support, the ease of getting them on and off with the zipper, especially has I have arthritis. I find they work well casually as well as for a slightly dressy look. My oldest pair is still looking very good, even though I have worn them quite a bit. I always get complements on them and refer people to this website. As I said before, I love them! They do run a little short and narrow, so I have them all in a half size larger than some of my other shoes.

Comfy and cute shoes

I have wanted to purchase a shoe with a zipper for a couple years now. I hadn't found one with a orthotic arch support in it until now. This is a great shoe! The fit and quality are worth the cost. They are so cute and fun to wear with different outfits. The arch support is comfortable and the size I purchased is a 9 which is my normal shoe size. I love the zipper feature that makes it easy to put the shoes on and take them off without having to untie and tie the shoe. What a great idea!

Z Soul Shoes

The shoes are an excellent fit and support my high arches. Zipping up the shoes is a little tricky in the beginning but I can wear them all day in my retail job and they stay comfortable and supportive all day long!

Adorable and comfortable -- a win-win

First, they're adorable. Second, they're comfortable. Third, I love that they come in wide AND they have a side zipper -- which not only looks great, but also makes these sneakers super easy to get on and off. That's an A+ for someone with bunions who thought she'd never again find a cool-looking and comfortable shoe!

Has been helpful to use this shoe for comfort while taking it easy as my plantar fasciitis is recovering. I got the shoe a bit bigger and wide.

Love love love! Perfect for long narrow feet (size up!)

(Remember to size up!) Best Shoe Brand, I have so many now ! Love the arch support and the high quality throughout and the trendy style, colours and patterns. So much better for my feet and back. I’m a 9 or 9. 5 and a size 10 is perfect for me. I have long narrow feet so finding a good fit can be hard.

Foot heaven!

Foot heaven! 💜I love all my Taos. I have been buying this brand for years. My high arch and plantar was the original reason but I love the styles and the durability. Every pair of sandals, sneakers, shoes last and last. My daughters-in-law said ‘white sneakers’. The zipper adds a little fun to it all.

I love my Taos sneakers!

I love my Taos sneakers! The fit is perfect and the arch support perfect for my flat feet . The colors are beautiful! Taos is my go to brand for arch support. I have one ask-please bring back floral patterns for your sneakers. My old pairs are getting worn out but I still get compliments on them .

Z Soul

I am very pleased with the Z Spul sneaker. I have difficulty finding shoes that fit my narrow flat feet. These have been very comfortable and supportive. Not to mention easy to get in and off with the side zipper!

A little tight, but they

A little tight, but they stretch out just a little. I love the arch support. I have neuropathy in my toes from cancer and these have been comfortable.

The shoes are very stylish

The shoes are very stylish as well as a great arch support. I put them on as soon I received them and have worn them ever since with no foot pain.

Stylish shoe, but hurts me too much

They're really cute, but are rather narrow and after walking all day my feet felt so crunched. I loosened the laces all the way, but the fabric is stitched to only separate so far. The arch support is very good, but in the ball of the foot area there seems to be some very slightly raised padding which triggered the metatarsalgia I have on my right foot. For a regular foot it might feel cushioned and nice, but when the ball of your foot is tender something pushing into it (even padding) causes pain. I won't be able to wear these shoes. I can't return them because I walked all over on vacation with them and suffered a lot, even mostly limping because they were the only shoes I brought.

Love these shoes!

I love these shoes. I wanted a slightly more stylish shoe that allowed me to walk in them all day and I got it. They are seriously comfortable. I walked all over Manhattan and and stood a lot at a museum exhibit and my shoes were great. They kept me going. They are quite heavy for sneakers, but still comfy and very walkable. Great arch support.

Great Arch Support

These are great shoes, I need shoes with really good arch support and cushioning and these have both! The only thing I take away a star for is the shoe crease at zipper when you walk and it digs into my little toe. So great for casual but I couldn't walk all day in them

The best Shoes I own!

I bought a tie pair 4 years ago before going on a 17 day trip. I was so happy I did as we walked miles everyday. That pair is still in great shape & i saw the zipper one. I had to have them. I am thrilled with my purchase. Great arch support & i can wear them all day

Vaca sneakers

I got these because I travel a lot and they seem to go with just about every outfit. I took them on a recent trip and they were great - very comfortable with good support for all day walking. They are super cute too!

Adorable

I just received Z Soul in grey, and they are adorable. I will wear them for once before I compulsively hit the button in another color! I ordered them in wide because I have a bunion, and the toe box seems plenty adequate. Super adorable shoe and my normal size appears to fit perfectly. Received in less than a week.

Cute Shoe

These shoes are so cute. I left one star off because I think the shoe needs a better insert. It needs to have more cushion under the toe area. I bought the wide and they work great for bunions. They are not a long walking shoe. I bought another brand for that with a better heel support.

Great cute shoe

Love the shoe but the wide is still too narrow for my bunions which makes my feet hurt and so far are still stiff. I am optimistic the canvas will stretch a bit. The zippers are great to get out of the shoe but won’t zip up to get into the shoe. Mixed on how i feel.

LOVE

Love these shoes, they are extra comfy and stylish, I have really flat feet so they provide good support. Bonus for me is that I can just use the zipper to get them on and off (I hate tying my shoes lol).

Good shoe

I wish they were wider. These shoes are best for narrow feet, without bunions. I had to use a shoe widener before wearing them for the first time. They require a break in period.

these shoes are amazing! My 2nd pair. I have narrow feet and some arthritis and they are supportive but also fit snug for the narrowness

Good for the soul!

Great gym shoe. My first time trying this style. But with the orthotic insert they are so supportive. Very comfortable and stylish.

I felt the quality was

I felt the quality was good..I did order a larger size so I think they ran small but the size larger was perfect..I really like the look and color I have gotten compliments on both the denim and grey.. I like having a shoe that I don’t have to lace up because the zipper is convenient … I don’t like mules and I don’t care for most slip ons .. My Rothy’s don’t have the same arch support and my supergas are as comfortable. The new sketchers with laces that you step into aren’t as attractive as my z soul from the back…

Great shoes! May want to size up.

These are great shoes. Exactly what I was looking for. Arch support is good. I LOVE the zipper on the side for easy slip on. The charcoal color is perfect for Fall. I feel like they run a little small and narrow for my feet. I’m 5’3” & 110lbs with normal arches and average width feet. The fit is too snug, especially around my toes with socks, but are great if I don’t wear socks. If I order another pair I will size up.

Amazingly comfy and stylish!

I got these just before a trip to Europe and did not have time to wear them in. They were fantastic so comfortable and the arch support is amazing. I climbed many hills to ruins and castles and they stayed clean and constantly comfortable. Very happy with my purchase.

Must Have

I am a teacher and on my feet all day! This makes the 4th pair of Taos sneakers that I own. Absolutely cannot give them enough raves!! The arch support is incredible!!! So worth the money.

My new favorite shoes

These shoes are adorable. They look like Converse, in a way, but have great arch support and were comfortable the very first day. They are of excellent quality and should last a long time.

Great comfort

These are my 5th pair of taos. Great arch support. Love the ease of slipping these on & zipping up, no tying of shoe laces! Great quality.

Good shoe

Really good looking shoe - I get many compliments. Zipper is super-stiff; I had to use WD-40 to loosen up both of them, and now they're fine. When I first put on, the shoe was very tight and I was disappointed - until I realized, I just need to adjust the laces until I could slip in and out of these better. Now I do so without having to lace or use the zipper - and they still look fine. They are a bit stiff and my right foot (I have a slight bunion) was pretty uncomfortable for a few days, but okay now. I'm undecided, but may have sized up a 1/2 - still trying to decide. All in all, I would still buy them again. Very supportive, good style, good quality.

Cute shoe but poor fit

At first the shoes were too tight- so I took out the insoles. Without the insoles they were too big. I decided to break them in, I wore them all day, but by the end of the day, a bunion on my right foot was throbbing so much, that I gave up on the sneakers. The zipper also unzipped throughout the day. Returning to my adidas.

Love these shoes!! I have a high arch and I have never found a tennis shoe with this kind of support! I’ve already bought 2 pair of Taos shoes and am thinking about a third pair. Great customer service and quick shipping too!

The best shoes for foot pain!

The wide toe box makes all the difference with these shoes. The zipper makes them so easy to get on and off. They are my go-to shoes so much so that I haven’t bought them in 4 different colors. Love them!

Nice shoe, too supportive for me.

I so wanted to love these sneakers, and I do but. . . They have too much arch support--I'm talking arch support up the side of the shoe. The extreme insole both irritates my feet, legs and back, while also making the shoes too snug. Sizing up wouldn't help. I give four stars because they are super cute, super well-made, and they're Taos, which is a brand I trust. Just beware if you know you can only take so much support. I'm going to try to find a different insert, hoping then I can wear them comfortably.
