Feet Aren't Flat. Neither Is Our Footbed.

No two feet are the same, but every foot has three arches: the medial arch along your instep, the metatarsal arch across the ball of your foot, and the lateral arch along the outer edge. These arches in your feet absorb shock, distribute your body weight evenly, and keep you stable with every step. Generic insoles are flat and unsupportive. This lack of support eventually leads to pain and foot fatigue. Our orthotic footbeds feature premium materials to properly support all three of the arches in your feet.

Medial Arch

The long inner arch along your instep. It carries most of your body weight. It's the arch most people mean when they say "arch support."

Metatarsal Arch

The curve across the ball of your foot, right behind your toes. If it collapses, you feel it as ball-of-foot pain. It's the arch most shoes ignore.

Lateral Arch

The low, steady arch along the outer edge of your foot. It keeps you balanced and stable on uneven ground.

Stabbing heel pain, especially with your first steps in the morning, is the hallmark of plantar fasciitis. A structured footbed with a deep heel cup and arch support reduces the strain on the plantar fascia ligament with every step.

Refers to a foot condition that causes swelling and/or discomfort of the ball of the foot. Wearing proper footwear with metatarsal and arch support could relieve walking pain and improve your walking function. Footwear with shock-absorption and padding absorb impact and protect the ball of the foot.

When the medial arch collapses, your foot rolls inward with every step, which can lead to knee, hip, and back pain over time. A footbed with built-in arch support gives a flat foot the structure it's missing.

High arches don't absorb shock as well as a neutral foot, which can concentrate pressure on the heel and ball of the foot. Extra cushioning paired with contoured arch support helps distribute that pressure evenly.

A roomy toe box paired with a supportive, stable footbed reduces rubbing and pressure on bunions, so you can stay on your feet longer without discomfort.
