Very comfy! So comfy – which is supremely important after having suffered plantar fasciitis for almost a year and still slightly sore feet. I also enjoy being able to slide them on and off, being I live in a hot climate. Great that they're adjustable for my narrow foot. They pair well with dresses and pants alike. Totally chuffed!!

Ultimate Summer Sandals...Soft, comfy, EXCELLENT arch support. Tough soles, adjustable straps, Quality, true to size, I ordered size 7 which is my usual size & they are a Perfect size 7 fit!!! The leather straps are Soft Not hard...I could walk ALL day in these shoes without ANY Problems...I Highly Recommend a pair Especially if ur a walker bc u won't be Disappointed!!! The price is worth paying due to the Quality & Comfort...These will last Many Many years! My Favorite in & out slip on sandals, great find & purchase...

Great look and feel

These are very attractive and comfortable sandals. I have bunions, high arches and arthritis in my big toes, and these shoes provide the support that I need. I am very happy with these sandals.

Game changers

Adjustable straps make a perfect fit for my wide feet. Arch support and general comfort are a game changer for me. My back pain is almost entirely gone.

My Favorite Sandal

I now have 4 pairs of this particular style of Taos. They do not bind anywhere but are wonderfully adjustable without looking like orthopedic footwear. The footbed is supportive with gentle, but solid cushioning. You can walk comfortably for quite a while. They come in a variety of colors and the strappy look is super cute! The leather and footbed materials are good quality with substantial construction. This is the best sandal I have found in a long time! For reference, I am a 7.5-8B and deal with bunions.

Needs more arch support

I own several pairs of Taos sandals. The style is nice. Good quality sandal. I would like to give this sandal a higher review. However, I’m not happy with the arch support. I have plantar fasciitis. My other Taos sandals have great arch support. This style does not. If you don’t have feet issues, this is a great option.

Most comfortable sandal I’ve ever owned

I love this slide. The arch support is excellent and the foot bed is soft suede. I have already bought 2 more similar slides. The style I bought is Velcro adjustable so width isn’t an issue. I can wear them comfortably all day long!

Perfect if you have bunions

Love these! I have fairly narrow feet other than double bunions so I sometimes get wide shoes for that reason. For these the straps adjust and both allow the bunion space in the V opening on the side while I feel camouflaging them. The neutral tan color is perfect and I wear them all day and everywhere.

Best Shoes EVER!

I absolutely love Taos footwear. I have high arches that cause me foot, hip, and back pain with walking. I can wear their sandals all day on vacation, walk 10K-20K steps and have NO pain. They are comfortable, stylish, and well made. Well worth the cost!

Fit and comfort

I’ve worn Taos footwear for 15 or more years. Always comfortable, with the right amount of support vs flex in the footbed. Multiple easily adaptable straps for a good fit. My first pair I bought was to help with Plantar fasciitis pain

Right out of the box, foot bed molds to your foot readily and no rubbing on sore spots. Great for my plantar fasciitis.

Love the look and the comfort.

I love the look and they are very comfortable! I didn't have to break them in at all. I like that they are adjustable in two places. I have very high arches and they have great arch support. They are already becoming my go to sandals.

Comfy & stylish

They are really comfortable right out of the box. I like the ability to adjust them with the Velcro straps, and they don’t make the slapping noise of a flip flop. I only wish there was more arch support as I have flat feet.

Absolutely Love These Sandals!

10 stars for these Taos sandals! They feel like they’ve been custom designed just for me the leather is soft and the arch support provides all day comfort. There was no breaking in period. They fit perfect right out of the box. You can walk all day without blisters. I will definitely purchase again. I absolutely love them

Best sandals for any warm walking vacation. Better than sneakers!

I ordered these right before a trip to Disney. I didn't even get a chance to break them in beforehand. It was not a problem! These sandals walked me all through the Disney Parks with comfort. I often struggle with heel support. I chose to wear these over any of my high end and supportive sneakers. These were exceptionally supportive. I also love the tan color as it matches everything and elongates legs. The look is classy and not chunky, like some supportive sandals can be. The quality of the leather is unmatched. It wipes clean and has a beautiful leather look.

Comfy and Cute

Finding comfortable shoes is usually a struggle for me, but the two adjustable straps on the Double U make all the difference. I can easily adjust them for a secure, customized fit. The arch support is fantastic, and the sole makes them durable for everyday wear.

I can’t say enough good

I can’t say enough good things about Taos. I have plantar fasciitis and my feet also get sore very fast. I have tried Clark’s, Aerosoles, you name it. No shoes are as comfortable as Taos. I have three pairs and love them all! I would never steer someone wrong about comfy shoes. I saw these on IG and doubted but they are every bit as good as they say they are and better. Expensive yes but worth every penny!

SO comfortable, PLUS cute!

I'm in the stage of life where bouts of plantar fasciitis is a factor in my shoe choices. The fear was that supportive AND attractive shoes were nonexistent. But these are EXCELLENT! Love how they feel and they're cute enough to get compliments. GO for it!

Nice Double U Sandle

Always enjoy Taos sandals! These are nice bkz you can adjust both straps to fit the way you like. The footbed is soft & the sandal never needs breaking in! Dress them up or down. The color is a match to the website. The only reason I clicked 4 for arch support is bkz I have a high arches & can always use more support (which means I probs should've clickked 5). Great sandal!

Perfect fit for my foot

This is my third pair of this style. My go-to warm weather slipper around the house, and cute enough to wear out too. Supports my high arches perfectly and the adjustable straps are great for changes in my feet.

Love the Double U! I

Love the Double U! I have a very high instep so my first choice from Taos with a strap didn’t work for me. I exchanged for these and they are perfect. The straps are adjustable enough to bypass the bone spur on the top of my foot. Very comfortable right out of the box. The heel cup is not very deep nor is the arch support very high but they work well for me.

Love these sandals

I love these sandals. I have a rather narrow foot so most sandals are loose and unsupportive. These fit perfectly; supportive arches and comfy with soft leather. I hope to buy another pair in this brand. A really quality shoe all around.

Best Taos Sandals yet!

The sandals are adorable cute and everyone with a foot issue knows how hard that is to find!! But that aside, they are the most comfy Taos sandal I’ve bought so far. You slip them on and I love that! Fully adjustable straps and the footbed is outrageously cushioned and I have some neuropathy too so that is really painful to walk on. I can’t believe how cute they are and how I can walk for hours in them. Great with dresses, jeans, pants, shorts so very versatile! I have mostly Taos shoes now and worth every penny. I take advantage of sales when I can but buy the new styles when they arrive too. You will love these…..

Perfect for every day

Bought this and another style of sandal and this like the other style are great. Adjust for a perfect fit. I have bunions and can wear these with no problem. Easy to slip on. So glad I found Taos brand. Quality product. Leather is buttery soft.

Problem solver

I love these sandals! The adjustable straps make all the difference. My foot is narrow with a high arch. This shoe covers both problems effortlessly! I would like a darker pair too!

Another versatile and comfortable sandal by Taos

I've been eyeing these Double U sandals for quite a while, and finally decided that I'd try them. They're comfortable and versatile with moderate arch support (compared to the Perfect sandal with cork support which has a greater arch support). I've worn them on long shopping trips and my feet felt fine - no aches, pains, blisters, or other issues. The straps are adjustable on these, but if a large adjustment is needed, they may not look as nice because the velcro-type attachment will be visible. I noticed that loosening the straps a tiny bit allowed my foot to sit a little further into the sandal, but if I loosened them a smidgen more, my foot didn't feel as secure. So if you need to make adjustments, take some time to experiment with the straps a bit until you find the perfect fit

Perfect slip-on sandal for arch support

I love Double U and have bought multiple pairs and hope to forever. I could never wear a slip on shoe of any kind before this. They save my high-arched that need metatarsal support indoors. I just wish they didn’t take away the red color I liked and leave only black and beige. For fit, I size down 1 size due to narrow feet. That’s means I can’t buy the ones with a strap in the back (Big Time) unless the short back strap is lengthened. Otherwise, I would have loved those for walking outside.

Great sandals, adjustable and perfect for travel!

I love these sandals and wish they still had the caramel color as I would buy another pair. These are very comfortable, our support is great. I bought them specifically for style, quality, comfort, support, and ability to adjust the straps, which you can do without the adjustment strap being noticeable. I just wore them through five airports in the past two days and normally would notice that I was wearing sandals versus sneakers, and it never occurred to me once.

Not supportive

Disappointing. Not what I would call good arch support or cushion, which I expect from Taos. Color nice, adjustability is great. Not super cute; a cork sole or small buckle would be nice. Mostly it's the comfort I'm displeased with. Just not as nice as my other Taos shoes. Heel and toes take too much impact throughout the day.

It’s a comfortable shoe wth

It’s a comfortable shoe wth a supportive arch for around the house…for flat narrow arthritic feet. The top straps are not much use as they are too long to help with support. Nice colour but definitely not a walking sandal.

Comfortable, well made & only complaint is feet seem to get warm from the special liner…. Have had 5 Taos shoes from wool slippers, two moc style sneakers, one slip on & these sandals…all well made & good arch support

Stylish comfort

This is my first pair of Double U. The leather is soft , color is beautiful, the arch support is not quite as supportive as other styles. I wear 8. 5 ordered the 8.

Perfect everyday sandal

These sandals are so comfortable. I wear them all day at work standing 8 to 9 hours. They have just enough arch support and cushion and match my entire wardrobe!
