We’ve partnered with REDO to make returns and shipping protection simple and worry-free with Checkout+.

What is Checkout+?

Checkout+ is an option you can select during checkout that provides:

  • Free Return Shipping – Need to return something? We’ll cover the cost of shipping.

  • Package Protection – If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, Checkout+ insures it will be replaced at no cost to you.

How It Works:

  • Just select Checkout+ to activate these benefits.

  • If you don’t choose Checkout+, you can still return items, but you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Checkout+ covers your entire order — no need to add it per item.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be returned within the 30 day return window in new, unworn condition with all original tags.

  • Final-sale and discounted items are not eligible for Checkout+ or return/exchange.

  • Restocking fees may apply where noted.

Package Issues? If your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged:

  • Submit a claim within 30 days of delivery.

  • If you selected Checkout+, you will receive a replacement at no charge if the item is in stock, or store credit if the item is no longer in stock.
