Cute and Comfy

I have problem feet - flat, arthritic, wide toe box, narrow heel. So, I wasn’t sure these would work, but I think they’ll be great. I’ve only worn them around the house a little, but with my custom orthotics they are quite comfy. And, they’re so cute. I bought a wide for the toes and the heel is loose, but that’s a “me” problem.

I love, love, love these

I love, love, love these boots! I had a little trouble with the edge of the boot rubbing against my left ankle, but a bandaid and breaking them in solved the problem. Because I have struggled with plantar fasciitis in the past, I am very careful about the shoes I buy; I have had no issues with heel pain or foot pain even after wearing these boots all day long!

Comfy for narrow feet and high arch

These are nice boots to wear with skirts and skinny jeans…. Not too militant and not too country. I have narrow feet with high arches and a lot of support needs, which these boots met well. My only nagative observation is that the rich camel color immediately lightened upon wearing where the top of the shoe flexes. Rubbing the leather hasn’t helped. Otherwise, the rest is holding up nicely.

Love, love! Bought these boots

Love, love! Bought these boots to replace an old pair of a different brand that fell apart from the Florida climate (not the boots fault but if you live in south Florida you know what the humidity does to your leather over time). Loved these right out of the box and have worn them everyday. So comfortable from the first wear. Bought this color because it was on sale and very pleased overall, comfortable and stylish. I plan to wear for travel also as the comfort is that good and could walk all day in them. Very solid boot but doesn’t feel heavy. Plan on purchasing another pair at some point, they are that nice!

My favorite addition to the Crave line!

I bought the mini crave in black and wore it all around my fall trip to Ireland. I have plantar fasciitis and this shoe is so supportive and comfortable that I was able to walk everywhere with no pain. I loved it so much I bought it in red when I returned.

Comfort out of the Box

They were comfortable for me right out of the box. I put them on, as soon as they arrived, with no socks. They were comfortable and fit well. The second time was shopping. (I did put on socks). They are the kind of shoe you don’t think about having on. I have been wearing Taos boots and sneakers for 14 or so years. This is my third pair of boots. I expect to wear them this year on a road trip across our beautiful country and later to Europe, pretty enough for city and pavement, and sturdy enough for hiking. By the way, my 10 year old pair had some issues with the soul on their last trip. I love them so much that I couldn’t throw them out. A shoe repair man fixed them up like new and they are still my most comfortable shoe.

Best boots I own!

These were super comfortable from the moment I put them on! I have wide feet and always have trouble finding shoes and boots that are both wide and have great arch support. Taos is where it’s at!! Their sneakers and these boots are pretty much all I wear! Just ordered a second pair of the Mini Crave boots. Buy them- you won’t regret it!

Stylish and great support

I've had my eye on these for quite a long time. I finally purchased them and wished I had done it sooner! They are super comfortable, great arch support and a perfect fit. Very stylish and I get compliments all the time. Taos is one of my favorite brands and they never disappoint. Well done.

Taos Super Fan

I love love love these boots! They are so gorgeous and the fit is perfect! I wore these out for a night downtown and never have I ever worn a boot this comfortable! In fact I usually don’t buy boots because of my high arch I find it difficult to get my foot in them but not with these boots. So easy to put on. The first pair of Taos I bought were the plim souls then I bought 4 more pairs of sneakers. They are my everyday shoes. I have since picked up a pair of dressier shoes and a pair of sandals but wish you had a thong sandal (hint hint), the slip in woolies (yay), and my boots. I truly will not wear any other brand of shoe

I love these boots! It

I love these boots! It only took a few hours to break them in, and as usual, they fit perfectly. I love how Taos shoes have such consistent sizing. I don’t believe I’ve ever had to exchange any (and I have several) . I used to wear orthotics all the time, but now with your arch support, I do not have to invest in them anymore.

I have arthritis in my

I have arthritis in my arches and was hoping for a bit more arch support. Overall, these boots are wonderful. I wore them on vacation and was pleasantly surprised by how little my feet hurt at the end of the day. I would recommend these to others in a heartbeat.

Excellent quality and fit

Runs true to size I were a 7 1/2 always and it was perfect. Comfortable to wear all day no matter what you’re doing. Get many compliments each time I wear them. The width is also comfortable. I have a bun and find them very comfortable and can’t say that with a lot of boots or booties. I recommend these highly. The color of the heel looks very nice with the black leather. Very stylish. I hope this helps because I usually don’t leave reviews unless I feel really good about the product. This is definitely 5 stars. I’m also 71 years old and look and act much younger than my age. My daughters and granddaughters want some of these. 😊

Lovely Boot

Sizing is accurate and they do account for the fact that you’ll be wearing socks with these boots. 😉 They are superbly made. I love the style. And they are very comfortable. The only reason I gave them 4 starts instead of 5 is because I wanted them to have less of a heel. Don’t get me wrong, the heel rise is subtle. And 40 year old me would have loved that heel. But 52 year old me just prefers a flatter heel rise for all day comfort. The arch support is great and they are comfy. I wear them to dress up. But I don’t really wear them as daily shoes, and I was hoping to be able to do that.

Great Quality - Like all their shoes!

I have several pair of taos shoes- all great quality. I have the black Mini Craves. They are a bit stiff to start with but are easily broken in. Very strong arch support- but comfortable. I initially ordered the wide width because sometimes wide are just more comfortable (more so in dress shoes), but these were too wide, so I exchanged for the regular width and they fit nice.

Great arch support

I love my mini crave shoes! The teal color is beautiful! The toe box is nice and wide and they have the best arch support of any shoes I own. I did put some dr schools inserts in for a more cushy feel. They are comfortable right out of the beautiful box!

Happy Feet

Taos shoe never disappoint. Very comfortable & stylish. I pronate, have bunions that make it difficult to find shoes they provide support & comfort, but Taos shoes check all the boxes for me. But…. The uni uni shipping service they are using now is awful. I had to scour the neighborhood for my delivery. For an extra fee I could have insured my delivery, & I did not pay that. So, when my shoes were improperly delivered I was unable to get assistance. Just warning other customers & Taos corporate that this new delivery company & additional fee is not cool! I paid regular shipping & the additional fee to ensure the delivery is done right did not sit well with me. Very poor customer service with the new shipping service. Taos, do something to fix this.

My dreams have come to life!

I have neuropathy in my feet and shoes can be really uncomfortable. I saw these and immediately fell in love with the style, but worried about the comfort. I tried them on in a local store and . . . OMG! How are they so cute AND comfy?! Honestly, now I want an excuse to wear them all the time. Thank you for creating such a great little boot.

My Favorite Boots!

I love my Crave boots! I have a neuroma and need arch support. It's difficult to find boots that offer this amount of support. From the first day I wore them, they were perfect. They did not have to be broken in. I wear them all the time. I will be ordering other colors.

Best Boots ever!

I have neuropathy and these seem to be comfortable. I wouldn't be able to wear them all day with my condition but so far so good. They are so stylish and they make me feel younger wearing them, being 60. I feel like these are gonna hold up well, made with quality material.

Best shoes in years

I have worn these boots every single day this winter. I have bad feet with damaged sesmoid bones so finding a truly comfortable shoe is rare. The support and comfort are incredible and my feet never feel tired or sore. Just ordered a second pair

5 star shoes

These shoes have become my favorite. Great support for my feet! I have a high arch and every pair I have bought have fit my foot perfectly! I have bought 6 pairs since last Christmas and I am extremely pleased!

Comfortable and stylish

These boots look really good on my feet and they feel good too! It’s hard to find stylish shoes that also offer arch support and are well made.

Excellent Boots!

After tearing my hamstring many years ago, I always wore sneakers or flats because of the foot pain associated with the injury. So, I was apprehensive about buying these boots. I'm so happy I bought them! They are so comfortable, and there was no break-in period. Also, the quality is amazing, and they look great with anything!

Best boots ever

I was eyeing the crave boot but wished it came in something shorter. Alas, there it was. . the mini crave! I took a screenshot, circled the color (black) and size, sent it to my husband and they showed up in time for Christmas! I love them and want to wear them every day; they are that comfortable and worth the high price. I can feel that they will last a LONG time. I typically wear a size 8 and sometimes an 8. 5, so the size 39 is what I went with. They fit perfectly! I do not have wide, nor do I have narrow feet, so I’m not sure how that would affect the fit. I am going to save up for another pair in a different color because these boots are the best boots I’ve ever worn!

Quality boot

I've only worn these a few times so far but they are very comfortable. I'm hoping that they won't stay so shiny looking after wearing out more. Also hoping to find some different laces because these kind of look like rigid "Army boots" the way they are now. Just hoping to soften them up some with more wear. I have a pretty narrow foot and they fit fine. I can tell that they look like they will last a LONG time due to the high quality :-)

Gorgeous boot

Love this brand and own sandals. Bought these on sale (can’t return) and love the color, fit and workmanship. Not in love with the arch placement and lack of cushion inside. Makes my feet hurt. For reference I have a narrow foot, normal natural arch and do well with other popular hiking brands of boots, shoes and brands known for cushion and support. Since I can’t return them I will try an insert for some cushion.

Super happy with this purchase!

I have a wide toe box and finding shoes to fit it typically a an all day shopping process often without results. After reading other reviews online, I decided to give these a try and they fit perfectly! This is virtually unheard of in my footwear world, thank you Taos! The look and feel of them is incredible, great workmanship and style and quality are top notch.

I bought these boots because of the color, absolutely fantastic dark teal. For my feet Arch is in the right place. I wear them all day at work on my feet. Really fantastic. They have a roomy toe box without looking squared off. Really a great fit. .

Mini boots

Very comfortable, love the color. I have several foot issues and width is a problem but wore these right out of box with comfort. I’m on my feet for 8 to 9 hours a day and these boots provided the support and comfort I needed.

The best boots

Really these boots are the best - they are great for everyday - hiking - walking the dog - work -party - shopping - they support and yet are soft and flexible - they look good with every outfit ! The perfect boot !

I love the look of

I love the look of these mini boots and they are so comfortable. I had no foot pain the first time I wore them. I will be buying another pair of them to add to my boot collection. These boots go with many different outfits and are in fun colors. The height of the boots is just right and comfortable around the ankles. The style is cute and fun.

2nd Crave Pair is just as Fabulous!

I am thrilled with the lower Crave boot! The mid- height Crave is too bulky for some pants so this pair is ideal. I have had the original pair for about 3 years and I have walked all over cobblestone streets and sidewalks in Portugal with them. Love the traction, toe box space and the arch & ankle support. This new pair will get the inaugural trip in December- YAY!!

I have the tall Crave

I have the tall Crave boot, which is one of my favorite pairs of shoes, and while I love the color and design of the mini Crave, I wish the footbed was as comfortable as that of the tall Crave. I will have to purchase an insole, which I have not had to do with any of my other Taos products. That said, it is a beautiful boot, and it runs true to size.

Love Love Love these Boots

I ordered the Mini Crave in Cognac. It’s a beautiful, warm brown that goes well with everything. The support is amazing - I can wear Taos shoes all day long for the first time and not have any problems. It is a heavier winter boot, and that’s exactly what I wanted. Love, love, love!

Love love love

I have two pairs. They are so comfortable. I feel like they were molded to my feet. I can wear them all day. As a high school teacher, I am on my feet all day. They feel like slippers. Thinking about a third pair……

High quality, great boot

I typically wear a 9. 5 narrow or medium and got these in 9. 5 med. They fit and feel great though had to swap out the insoles for my usual Aetryx ones. I have to do that with all of my shoes.

These booties are gorgeous! They fit perfectly. The insole is a little harder than I'm used to, but it gives good support. There is space in the toe, so the toes aren't cramped.

Quality

I love these boots. They’re beautiful, well made, and super comfortable out of the box. I also have a 5 yr old pair of Crave boots in brown & am so satisfied with them.

GREAT MINI BOOTS----LOVE THEM!!!!

I’m LOVING my Mini Craves. They are stylish, well-made, comfortable from the first wear and the green/teal color is unique and so versatile. They get more comfortable the more I wear them—and I am slowly breaking them in so that I can travel with them to Ireland in a few months. They will be perfect for the on-again/off-again rainy days of walking on all sorts of terrain. I’m not a big fan of full length boots, but these are just the perfect height—just to the top of my ankles. I own multiple pairs of Taos shoes but these are my first boots. I spent a week in Paris last year, walking over 10 miles every day on all sorts of terrain while wearing my well-worn Winner high-tops and never had even a wince of regret that they were the only shoes I brought. I expect these Craves will be my go-to travel shoes in the future. And, added bonus------loved to get them on sale!

Absolutely beautiful boots! Love the

Absolutely beautiful boots! Love the color. First time ordering from Taos. I ordered wrong size on clearance. I was so worried about them not allowing me to exchange because it stated no exchanges on clearance. However, they have a first time forgiving exchange. I was so lucky and I got the right size in return. Make sure you know your size. Try on somewhere first if you can. If not they are true to your actual size. Don’t size up like people have suggested unless you have wide feet but in that case order wide. Well made boots and I also bought me another pair in Cognac color.

I love these boots!

These boots are not only comfortable to wear, they are super cute on the feet! The toe box is wide. The sole grips the ground, giving me confidence as I walk during the winter weather. I love the zipper that allows me to put them on and take them off with ease, and the ties allow me to release the tension on those days when my foot swells. While they are a bit heavier than a normal boot, I consider it a modest workout of the leg as I walk. I’m thinking seriously of buying another pair in another color!

Love my Caramel Mini Craves!

I received my Mini Crave today in Caramel and I love them! They’re beautifully made and feel so comfortable right out of the box. I have 4 pair of the original Crave boots and am very happy to add this MIni Crave to my boot collection. The Caramel color is really nice and the boot is flattering on the foot. They look great with leggings and corduroy pants. Great boot all the way around!
