Order a size up!

I have been having foot problems and needed a supportive house shoe with a removable insole I could swap out for a custom insole. Luckily, I got advice to order up. I wear a US size 10. 5, and the size I got says 11-11. 5 on the box. It is barely a 10. 5. The insoles that came with the clogs have a really nice sturdy arch support; if I hadn’t gotten custom orthotics already, I think they’d be pretty good as is. The color and pattern are fun, and they are a great supportive alternative to slippers for feet that need more support. The heel is a little higher than I’m accustomed to, but I’m getting used to it.

Beautiful and great arch support

Even more beautiful than the picture. The color is gorgeous. I can wear them all day, they are extremely comfortable. There is a s light bit of rub on the upper side of one foot due to the wool fabric, but I slip on thin socks to eliminate that issue. The best part is the arch support as I have plantar fasciitis so I must have constant support. 5 stars all the way!

My favorite shoes

I had to buy these because it is such a good price. These are wonderful slippers, preventing plantar fasciitis with good arch support, too. Super comfortable and you will receive tons of compliments when you wear them. I don’t recommend them for outside due to the cork.

I love the style comfort and quality of this shoe. I have plantar fasciitis and this shoe arch support is perfect for me. It’s my second pair Taos, different style.

The Wilderness 2 is the

The Wilderness 2 is the perfect shoe slipper in my opinion. I have a high arch and a high instep, which makes it difficult to find slippers and shoes. Because I have sprained my arches in the past from wearing flats, I look for arch support in shoes and slippers. These are extremely comfortable and supportive. So far, I have not worn them outdoors because I want them to last a very long time, but they are made for indoor and outdoor alike. From the day I received them, I have worn them everyday around the house. I love them and they are beautiful.

Woolderness 2 Cranberry

Very pretty color. I love the footbed for my plantar fasciitis. I wear a size 10 shoe, but ordered the 42 so it’d be comfortable with my thicker socks and it’s perfect. One thing I was surprised about was the weight of the shoe. It’s heavier than I expected, so my legs get a little tired when I walk long distances. I realize these shoes may not be intended for that. I chose them for comfort and style to wear all day at work. When I walk back and forth across my school building several times per day, my legs get tired from the weight of the shoes. Otherwise, I love them!

Wonderful Shoe!

I have narrow feet, and these shoes work! If necessary I can wear a light sock. But, the arch support and comfort are amazing! I love the design. Recently, I traveled to California. Bad weather hit. The shoes were not only warm and comfy but perfect for travel! I think I need one in everyday color. People have complimented them as well! Great purchase! Thank you!

I’d been eyeing these for a long time, but couldn’t justify the price just for “slippers”. My flat little slides did nothing for the arch support my podiatrist said I needed. I ordered Woolderness 2 in red, and I absolutely love them! I’ve ordered from Taos a lot, so I knew the support and fit would be oh so good! Comfy, versatile, and cute as can be.so glad I broke down and went for it. I have narrow feet, they are a little wide as they stretched out, but I wear heavy socks with them. I have severe restless legs syndrome , and a very high arch. New shoes always set off my restless legs, but not these.

Comfy

I bought these to wear as slippers. I spend a lot of time wearing my slippers around the house so they need to be comfortable and supportive. These fit the bill perfectly. I never have tired, achy feet or back pain after wearing these all day. They are warm too but they don't make my feet sweat.

Cute, Warm, supportive, comfortable

Wraps firmly around my feet with no slipping and has great arch support. Accommodates my second longer “Greek” toe in my true size. Good rubber soles. I use these as my house slippers, but they could go outside easily. Might be too tight if you have big bunions.

I’m using them as house

I’m using them as house shoes, and I love them. The arch support is just right for me, and they fit my wide high-instep feet comfortably. I have arthritis in my feet, and they give the support I need for comfort.

Love these shoes!

Love my new shoes!! I have slightly wide feet and these fit perfectly! They are SO comfortable that I can wear them all day - there is just enough arch support - not too much to cause pain (been there, done that). These shoes have a warm fuzzy bottom inside, so I wear these with no socks, even when it's Ohio cold outside, my feet stay warm. They were shipped in a sturdy shoe box (I'll re-use it) and shipped quickly-I think within a week. Good communication re: purchase and shipping tracking. I plan to buy another pair, just need to choose the color!!

Wonderful comfort clog!

Warm and comfortable! Stay on the foot nicely and unique design. Good arch support and nice balance for walking. Quality product as always with Taos. This style ran large and had to return first pair for one size down. Wanted them last year but could not spend their price….with the sale I got lucky!

I love these! This is my second pair in another color. When I wear these in the house, where the hard floors aggravate my plantar fasciitis, I avoid the heel pain altogether.

Perfect Cold Weather Shoes

I love these shoes way more than I thought I would. Not only are they super warm, they are incredibly comfortable and so much cuter than I imagined. They are perfect for slipping on in the morning for school runs but are also comfortable for long walks. I have plantar fasciitis and was wearing them when I got suckered into trick or treating with my sister and her kids. After walking for a few hours I expected my feet to be killing me, but they felt great at the end of the night.

Comfy and Lovely!

These are AMAZINGLY comfortable as well as fun. I have plantar fasciitis and these beautiful slippers are so comfortable and actually seem to help. I wear them in the house only, but they are perfect for outside as well. The lining keeps your feet warm and can be removed (which makes them too big and floppy for my size nines). The size fit seemed to be almost short at first but is fine after wearing them for a few days.

Best wool clog

I have bunions and other painful foot problems. These shoes are so comfortable and provide the support I need. They are my “go to” shoes. I love the red color and fabric design. The shoes are pricey so I hope they go on sale so I can purchase more. I hope I can get replacement foot beds since I wear these all the time and my feet perspire, causing an unpleasant odor.

I and my feet are worth it!

I LOVE my new slippers! They are warm, comfy, super cute, and the arch support is superb! I have high arches and need plenty of support or I pay for it in my back. Ive resisted paying so much for slippers but finally decided that my comfort was worth the cost, and Im glad I took the plunge! Finally a pair of slippers I can really LIVE in!

Love them! This is my second pair-I finally wore the old ones out after years of running around the house in them. I have to have good support in my shoes or my feet are in pain by day’s end. These have great arch support, cradle my feet perfectly and ward off plantar fascitis. I highly recommend? I love the floral design, too

I absolutely love these slippers

I absolutely love these slippers & I have them on as I write. The fit is true to size, the arch support allows great support for wearing around the house all day. Even though the heal is open, they will not fall off. Extra bonus is the beautiful wool design. I bought them for a weekend getaway with friends at beautiful Lake Vermilion in northern Minnesota. They kept me warm all weekend. I may buy a second pair soon.

Love the natural materials, the amazing support, and the longevity. I work from home and have osteoarthritis in my feet (but not plantar fasciitis). I wear slippers any time I'm on my feet in the house 365 days a year. These are my 3rd pair, and they typically last at least 2 years.

Another amazing Taos shoe

My clogs are adorable and I receive compliments every time I wear them. So cozy and comfortable and love the convenience of being able to slip them off when visiting friends homes. I had foot surgery a couple years ago and continue to suffer with some lingering issues however the clogs have a generous toe box allowing for me to wear my toe spacers without any discomfort. This is my sixth pair of Taos which included boots, sandals and now clogs. Regardless of design the quality and comfort is top notch! Just get them as you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Clogs

Love! Toe box is roomy, foot bed is supportive and they are warm for South Carolina “winter” weather. I wear an 8 to 8.5 and a European 39. Ordered a 39 and they fit exactly. I have a bit of a high arch and I can get my foot in these clogs. Good on rainy days as they have a thick rubber sole and the tight weave keeps dry.

This shoe fit perfectly! I have a high arch and my feet and legs loved walking and standing in these. The fit was perfect.

I had been watching the Woolderness 2 for quite a while for the price to go down, and was able to get them on sale! Following reviewers remarks, I did size up from 6 to 7. I normally wear 6/6. 5 so that seemed reasonable. With socks, they fit, but without socks my feet do slide in them, my normal 6/6. 5 would have been better. I have another pair of Taos, so I knew the insole would have great arch support. But, I love them and will wear socks to continue wearing these cute and comfy clogs!

Wilderness 2 are the most

Wilderness 2 are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They fit perfectly the minute I put them on. They give great arch support and have plenty of room for my hammer toe. They are cute and stylish. They are perfect to wear inside like a pair of slippers and are sturdy enough to wear outside in all kinds of weather. I get tons of complements. I loved them so much that I gave a pair to my daughter and my sister as presents.

Cute shoe with great arch support. I am a massage therapist on my feet all day and I love working in these shoes. Feet stay warm without getting hot. The cranberry color goes well with most other colors. The softness of the base of shoe is amazing.

Glad I purchased theses. They are good around the house and casual wear. Good arch support. Comfortable. Reason I gave them 4 stars is because even though they have soft insole they feel hard and need more cushion on the bottom of foot.

I needed house shoes for my severe plantar fasciitis, and these are perfect. They are a little short, though, for my 9.5 feet.

Best slippers ever

For years I hunted for slippers that would ease my heel pain instead of aggravating it. These are the ones! I've had no heel pain since I bought my first pair a year ago, and I've now bought several more in different colors. They're comfortable, supportive, warm, and beautifully made. Based on other reviews, I did order a size up - normally I'm a US 9/EU 40; I ordered a 41, which fits perfectly, even with thick socks, thanks to the elastic gores in the uppers.

I have and love several

I have and love several pair of Taos sandals which fit perfectly. These slippers are almost comfortable. I ordered a little larger than my sandals so lengthwise is good. A little wider in the forefoot would have been great since I have bunions and hammertoes. With the thick socks I wear in winter, they are very tight but are ok with thinner socks. Since the slippers are wool felt, I am hoping they will stretch a bit as I wear them.

Perfect arch support

I have high arches and have been disappointed by many "arch support" shoes. However, these are the real deal! They fit my arch perfectly, and I feel so supported and comfortable. These are my house slippers, and I hate having to take them off. I usually wear a US 7 1/2. I bought the 38, and while they fit me perfectly, there's no extra room, so I'm not sure how a Taos shoe with a closed back would fit me.

Stiff soles

I use these as slippers around my house, and though it would be very tempting to wear them out and about because they are so gorgeous, I will keep them as indoor shoes. The arch support is good (I have very high arches) and they are comfy. My only complaint is that the soles are VERY stiff/hard. I clunk around on my hardwood floors. I wish they were a bit more flexible.

Cut and Comfy

Very cute and comfy! I have difficulty finding shoes that are comfortable, with a large enough toe box for my bunions and hammer toe. I have been wearing these shoes almost constantly since i got them.

So comfortable! I'm wearing more than I thought I would. I usually have to wear orthotic inserts; I don't need them with these shoes since the arch support is excellent.

So cozy and fit wonderfully! I have a wide toe box and high arches but these fit perfectly. Super hygge fall ! Can't wait to pair them with my toadstool tights!

Best clogs EVER

These clogs are SO great!! They have awesome arch support, and they are so warm! They keep my toes toasty all day. I wear them everywhere (the soles are VERY STURDY) and I am really hoping these shoes last me for a very long time. I can’t see any reason why they won’t, except that the wool might wear out from the inside because of my toe nails. But I am hoping that if I always have on socks that will help to prevent that.

I lOVE these shoes. From the moment I put them on they have shaped to my foot shape and are so comfortable all day. I am a hairstylist so I'm on my feet all day so I need a shoe with great support and these are it. The only thing I'd do differently if I get another pair is to size up so I can wear a thicker sock.

Love these clogs…first time buyer. Wonderful true to size fit, in 7-7. 5 and the arch support is so comfortable! The wool decorative pattern is very stylish. Note…I have a very average foot width and no issues. I really love these clogs. Perfect for indoor/outdoor wear as I purchased 2 pairs!

Great clogs! I love them for this winter with a nice inside warm lining and a wool outside. They fit like a dream and I wore them right out of the box. I need arch support and many clogs don't have it but yours do and it is excellent! So glad I found you!

The package arrived on time, and the shoes feel great! The arch support is just enough to ward off tiredness in my legs after walking around all day. My foot is wide but due to the wool's natural 'stretchability', the shoes fit just fine.
