These are great and help my feet. I was dealing with a lot of foot pain recently and my regular shoe insoles weren't cutting it. I places the Taos insoles inside of my regular trail shoes and walking shoes and after a few days my feet felt better. I would recommend these for improved arch support and if you experience heel pain. I buy a half size larger than my shoe so that they are extra snuggled inside my shoes.

Excellent even with foot problems

These are lovely shoes. I need a wide toebox, I have bunions, and I have a high instep due to metatarsal arthritis, and I was afraid these would not allow for those things. They do! I can adjust the laces and leave them and use the zippers to fasten the shoes. I also happen to have a narrow heel, and unfortunately the shoes are wide on my heel (but that's because of my off shaped foot, not the fault of the shoes.) I am surprised that they seem to run larger than the non-zip Star pairs I have owned. I possibly could have gone a half size smaller.

Better shoes and insoles than any others

These shoes and insoles fit SO WELL and look so good. I have bought exclusively Taos shoes for over 10 yrs for walking/standing (except Merrells for hiking. . . ) I have High Arches/Underpronation/Supination --my foot rolls to outside onto little toes. No other brand works as well or is as comfortable for all day walking on concrete on our vacations to cities --NYC, Madrid, Athens, Dublin, San Diego. Or at work on my feet all day. Please keep selling these insoles.

Love these arch supports

These provide great arch support. I have plantar fasciitis and these have really helped. They work fine in my non-Taos shoes, I just remove the insole and replace with these.

These work

These help relieve my plantar fasciitis so much. They help align and support the arch of my foot taking pressure off where it hurts the most. This is allowing the area to heal. The material is breathable and the bottom has a good grip so it doesn’t slide around. The inserts are sturdy and easy to slide in all my shoes. I love them so much I bought 5 more, some for my other shoes and some as Christmas gifts. I wear them in sneakers and slip on canvas shoes. The are too thick for ballet type shoes like Rothy’s.

Comfortable

I have plantar fasciitis and was hoping these would work for my feet because of that. I have put them in my Brooks sneakers because they had absolutely no support. So far they've worked really well. The first day my feet still hurt but I'm getting use to them and they are feeling much better. I wish they had a little bit better arch support. I would recommend them.

Perfect for plantar fasciitis

I developed plantar fasciitis about a year ago and tried every insole that was supposed to help properly support my feet. None of them helped as much as these insoles. I now use them in as many shoes as will accommodate the thicker than average heel cradle because of how comfortable they are.

Perfect Orthotics

These orthotics are fabulous. I have been wearing Taos shoes - several pairs of sandals and a pair of boots- and love the arch support I get from them. I just bought a new pair of running/walking shoes (made by a different manufacturer) and didn’t feel they were supportive enough. I bought these orthotics hoping they would work and they are perfect. I can wear them for hours with no foot fatigue at all.

Great support

I am not able to walk without orthotics. These sneakers and footbeds work as well for me as my custom orthotics. I love that I can replace the footbeds because the footbeds last me about a year, but the sneakers themselves last longer.

I love Taos shoes because

I love Taos shoes because they are comfortable from the first moment I put them on my feet and remain comfortable. I first both a couple pair of flats that I am still enamored with two years later. Then I found a pair of slip-on sneakers before having a surgery when I wanted some easy to get into shoes from my bedside that were not house shoes. The arch support is perfectly supportive but not so high as to hurt my foot when wearing. Years later I am still buying sneakers that are long wearing and so comfortable! Plus being able to purchase replacement insoles give the shoes a double life and make them COST effective!

Amazing support

Taos are the most comfortable shoes I own (6 pairs and counting). These insoles are fabulous, and they fit in all my sketchers and other comfort/athletic shoes to give them the same arch support and footbed cushioning.

Perfect for my feet

I have problem feet, mainly arthritis. My sneakers are outstanding, I wear them most every day. In doing so, I wear out the inserts after several months. So glad I can more inserts and extend the life of my sneakers. So glad these inserts are so comfortable! Love them!

Best Footbeds Ever

I love these! These have the perfect amount of support and cushion. They are my favorite for my feet. I have plantar fasciitis and these are my go to footbeds.

I've had my Taos shoes

I've had my Taos shoes for a while and wear them regularly for work. They are the only shoes that have given me comfort and relieved my foot pain. The outside of shoes still look great. But my foot was starting to feel a little pain again. So I ordered new insoles. They fit perfectly in my shoe and relieved the pain again . So happy they with them...a great investment ! Many of my co-workers at the hospital are wearing them now too.

Perfect solution for support!

These were the best find ever! I’m in my 50’s, with flat wide feet. The ball of my feet ache and actually burn at times from lack of support in shoes. I have a small bunion area, that has swollen at times. I have now ordered 2 more of these inserts for more shoes! Excellent and effective answer for feet problems and highly recommend!

Sneaker footbeds

The sneaker footbeds are better than my orthotics. I am even able to put them in some of my regular shoes I have been unable to wear because of no arch support. I will definitely be buying them again.

This is the second time I have ordered these footbeds; they are well made and offer great support. I have crazy high arches, these fit perfectly.

I always have to replace

I always have to replace the footbed in my walking shoes to give better arch support. These are perfect.

Adore the Flatbeds

I absolutely love these sneaker footbeds. I have bunions and the footbeds and the wide size of Taos sneakers are a lifesaver. It’s like walking on air. They are easily washed by hand, dry quickly, and ready to use again. Expensive, but worth it.

Love these insoles. I have very flat feet and these are the only insoles that give me enough support. My favorites. I have tried many and all others have failed.

Comfort first.

These are the only tennis shoes I can wear comfortably. The sneaker foot bed makes it possible to look stylish and still walk miles in comfort. I have two pairs of canvas sneakers and will purchase some leather sneakers with zip for winter. The zipper makes it very easy to put on. I am 73 and very active so thank you for making such a comfortable shoe.

Love Taos and this is partly why.

My senior feet with very high arches, loves Taos shoes. I discovered Taos sneakers which do not require a break in period and started buying more colors. Well, I was too late for gold and for teal….I found a gold pair that was a store model. But, I was not comfortable buying a slightly used shoe. So, i bought new inserts. Of course, I still keep hoping to see gold and teal freedoms return!

I love the footbeds; don’t really want to write this because I don’t want them to sell out again.. I have bad arches and heel pain that these footbeds relieve when on my feet for very long, but not when I use them. Extremely pleased with this product. They slip perfectly into my shoes.

Just what I need.

I almost only wear Taos shoes due to my HIGH arch. The few pair of other brand shoes I have, I use these inserts!!! Highly recommended!!

These are better insoles than any other I can buy. I am so glad I no longer need to cannibalize my Taos to make other shoes more comfortable. If you could make your boot insoles with the same comfort and support as your sneakers, I would have only raves!

Great Footbed inserts

Love these footbeds for their arch support and mostly because it has a thick heel cushion that also elevates my foot in back and keeps my ankle bones from rubbing on the sides of my shoes.

Perfect solution

Perfect solution to provide great arch support for a pair of hot pink mesh Reebok sneakers I loved but was no longer wearing because they lacked adequate support!

Best support for arch and metatarsal area of foot. I put these in almost all my shoes, taos brand or not. My feet are happy all day long!

The others don't compare

This is by far my favorite insole to use in my shoes. Most others don't have. High enough arch support for my feet

Perfect replacement for Crave Boot footbed.

These are the best footbeds. The footbeds in my much loved Taos Crave boots are worn out. I tried a pair of Taos footbeds from a pair of sneakers. They work perfectly. In fact, I have a narrow foot and it really snugged up the boots. I'm ready to wear my well loved Crave boots in Europe in a few weeks.

Love my Z soul tennies so much. I wore them every day while on a month long vacation through Spain and France. I wore out the insole. Purchased a replacement for this season.
