Comfortable shoes. I have numerous foot issues from being a runner - posterior tibial tendinitis, bunions, plantar fasciitis, very high arch. These shoes are comfortable but I would wish for a thicker sole. I walk outside and feel the stones on the road. I’m used to Abeo shoes with a heavy footbed, but unfortunately the shoes I wore for years has been discontinued. I add an additional arch support to these shoes and they work well.

I purchased these sandals because

I purchased these sandals because I have been living in my TAOS wool clogs. Last summer I suffered from plantar fasciitis all summer and find that the foot bed of Taos shoes is the most supportive of my high arches. I decided to start the Spring with more Taos. I love the way the strap across the middle of my foot keeps the sandal from slipping and I don’t have to grip the shoe with my toes… keeping my bunion from advancing. I think they are pretty.

“PERFECT” Shoe

This is my second pair of PERFECT shoes! My first pair is a lovely pink color and they are so supportive and comfortable. It is always difficult to find shoes for my arthritis/bunion, plantar fasciitis feet! So painful! When I saw the navy blue color offered, I jumped at the chance to purchase another pair! I, highly, recommend this shoe!

Better than expected

I was skeptical when I read a review that said someone wore them right out of the box for 8 hours. Thought the toe post would need breaking in, but it was the easiest shoe to wear that I’ve ever had! I’ve been suffering with plantar fasciitis and the arch support has relieved my symptoms- be heel pain every morning! Will be buying these in other colors!

So gooood

I was unable to find sandals that are lightweight and have arch support until these. Have always had high arches. All other sandals are clunky, heavy and tight. These mold to my feet and support my arches relieving my plantar fasciitis flareups from sandals. I usually wear a 7. 5w-8w, purchased the 8w-8. 5w and they are not too big.

Perfect

Love the look and feel of these sandals. Very well made and perfect fit. I’m a size 11 and sometimes require a wide, and these fit well for me. I have plantar fasciitis, so I can’t wear a lot of cute sandals, so I was happy to add these to my wardrobe. I’ve have several pairs of Birkenstocks and they are my go to when I will be on my feet a lot in warmer weather, but these are much more stylish. The support is obviously different than the Berks so I am looking forward to see how they will do when I do a lot of walking,

The grey color goes with

The grey color goes with so many outfits, and the arch support feels so fantastic to my feet with plantar fasciitis. I wear them for my everyday shoes, and could walk all day in them. So glad I ordered them!

Comfortable and Cute!

I ordered true to size, and these were just the right fit. I usually go a size up in Taos sneakers, so I was a little unsure when I first ordered. These are so comfortable. I wore them right away to a full day of teaching. I was on my feet for a good chunk of the day, and I didn't have any pain. I have extremely high arches, and without good arch support, I'm miserable. The adjustable velcro is great. It allows me to tighten or loosen the sandals as needed. They are stylish, as well as comfortable. These were my first pair of Taos sandals, but they won't be my last!

Fantastic Sandals!

I love these sandals!!! I ordered the white first…..which is an off white…..and they were so comfortable that I wore them all day the very first day I got them. Since then I have bought 3 more colors. I have plantar fasciitis and I have a hard time finding a sandal with enough arch support that are really cute. These are just fantastic!!! I may have to buy another color just because.

Loving my new Taos sandals. Very supportive and comfortable. They future to size and width is adjustable. I purchased them as I got plantar fasciitis right before a trip to an Italy.

Perfect

I now have 8 pairs of this sandal. I need arch support and I have a bunion. I am on my feet all day as a teacher. This sandal is great looking and super comfortable. The velcro strap lets you loosen or tighten as needed. I really am obsessed with the style and color selection! I highly recommend!

Truly PERFECT!

Simply put.......these sandals are the best - TRULY PERFECT! I have bad feet (bunions and have broken my toes many times). Not only can I walk in these sandals all day long, but they make my feet look pretty good. I love it when I am out walking or cycling and I don't think a moment about my feet! I have five pair! Thinking about purchasing a second pair in all five colors to have when these wear out....although, I have had my first pair for over a year and wear this particular pair almost 5 days out of 7.......and they have held up beautifully. I do apply a leather oil every now and then to refreshen the color! MY FAVORITE SHOES!!! (PS - we winter in the south - so I am in sandals almost every day of the year!!)

Great fit and look

I love these sandals. Finally a slip on sandal I can wear that doesn’t trigger plantar fasciitis fasciitis. They have the perfect arch support for me and I can walk without trying to grip my toes to keep them on. They are also pretty. This is my second pair, I also have them in black.

Perfection

I only wear Taos sandals as they have footbeds to suit both my foot problems ,I have plantar faciitis and helux rigidus so need arch support ,heel cup and a flexible rocker at the toe,these have both.

Fantastic!

I love these sandals. I’m on my feet all day, and I had started to suffer from plantar fasciitis. These shoes eliminated that pain! I would buy them again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable and stylish

I have lower back pain and I overpronate, so it's important that I find the right shoe and fit with good arch support. These are not only stylish, making them perfect to wear to work, but they are made well and incredibly comfortable. I'm very happy with my purchase!

So comfy, a little wide

Super comfy shoe. I have a wide foot and I still had to adjust the strap. Strap does not allow for much adjustment so wouldn’t work for a narrow foot. Also has a high arch. My arch is high so works for me.

Comfortable

Looked at this sandal for a while. Very glad I got them. Leather & footbed are very soft. Good support for high arches.

My new favorite shoes!!

Right out of the box these shoes were so comfortable!! My foot is very narrow but with this style I could adjust the width just enough!! The arch support is great and the footbed is soooo comfortable.

Fixed my plantar fasciitis!

I can't say enough about these cute comfy sandals! They cured my plantar fasciitis. I had two pair one for outside and one for in the house. I wore them constantly for a couple of months and they made all the difference. I have since purchased other shoes from Taos. Excellent quality shoes.

Plantar fasciitis help with slip on shoe

Perfect slip on that allows me to lessen the plantar fasciitis pain and to be on my feet for hours. Great cushion and support exactly where it’s needed!

Style and comfort

My feet are very particular and I love that Taos’ shoes provide comfort and support while still being stylish. I usually wear an 8.5 so I debated on whether to get an 8 or 9. Finally decided on the 9 and I’m glad I did. I have high arches and wouldn’t mind just a bit more arch support, but they are still very comfortable.

These are my first pair

These are my first pair of Taos sandals. Won't be my last. The cork bed and the arch support are excellent. The adjustable strap very helpful since one foot significantly smaller due to foot surgery four years ago. I am so grateful. It has been awhile since I could walk the dog in sandals!!!

Best Sandals EVER!

I struggle with foot pain and these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Great support and the toe support for my big toe makes a tremendous difference. I am a fan for life of these sandals and have them in many colors! They are super cute and comfortable - what a great blend!!

Great fit

I own several of these sandals. I love them. I have high arches and high instep so the footbed fits really well. The straps are adjustable. I need arch supports. The colors are great. I wish they would produce the yellow ones again.

I need wider width due

I need wider width due to bunions. The design is very comfortable and supportive of my bunions and arthritic foot isssues.

Just like its name, this sandal is Perfect in every way. Its cork footbed is so comfortable - even for all day standing and walking - and the adjustable strap makes it easy to customize the fit over your arch. I love the versatility of this style, too

Perfect

Perfect color (mocha). True to size. Very comfortable for walking. And I love the suede footbed. I've been wearing them daily. I have medium to narrow width feet so I have the top strap adjusted to the snuggest fit. I expect these will last forever.

These are the most comfortable

These are the most comfortable sandals I’ve ever worn! I feel like I’m walking on clouds. Sturdy, but not stiff at all. Great arch support that o need, but never gravitate towards because they usually hurt my feet. Not so with these sandals.

Love these shoes. They are so comfortable with great support. I could easily walk in them all day. The adjustable straps are perfect for keeping them on my feet. I am a size 7 and they are true to size.

Excellent

I like the color- it is a neutral and it great with gray naturally. Adjustable for my narrow feet and this sandal has really good arch support and foot comfort. Got these on sale so that's great too.

I love them and they fit perfectly. Great arch support, super comfortable foot bed and they look just the right amount strappy.

New favorite sandal

These are very comfortable! I am just at the beginning of foot problems so I am getting picky. I have bunions that aren’t painful yet but unattractive. These shoes cover them just right so I can still have a cute strappy sandal. I wear size 8.5W and the 9s are perfect.

The Best Casual Shoe!

Not much room to leave a detailed review, but these shoes were life changing! This is my second pair and they have been wonderful for my plantar fasciitis. They will be my go to for awhile: stylish and supportive!

Great sandal for neuroma issues

Very comfortable with excellent support I have worn these everyday on a long trip with the added bonus of the design leaving the very sore areas from neuromas in both feet untouched which has really relieved the pain. I have been able to keep up with my companions. We have been on the go sightseeing each day. They also look very nice. It has been very freeing not to be thinking about my feet.

Great shoes

The shoes are great, and my foot doctor said they had good arch support for my plantar fascitis. I like the look and the color and the fit. I am going to order more in another color. I've had one small issue with the thread coming lose on the stitching, but I am sure they are going to fix that.

The arch support is amazing!

The arch support is amazing! I have flat feet and need something that is fashionable and supportive. Both pairs of Taos sandals that I have are amazing. Far superior to other supportive sandals (Birks) that I have been wearing for years. Thank you!!

Great Sandals

Comfortable from the first second I put them on; so use to having to "break" in shoes, getting blisters or having sore feet; NOT with these. They are amazing. Lots of support, cute and I can wear them all day long.

All around best sandals I've owned

Absolutely love these sandals. One key thing for me is I have a narrow foot and many sandals don't fit, I walk right out of them because too wide. These sandals are adjustable, both straps. So they fit well and I wore with a Tee Shirt dress and it looked great. Tried with wide leg linen slacks, look was ideal. Shorts, jean skirt. . . . they are my 'go to' shoes if I know I'm walking a distance and need comfort OR simply because the look is good 👍 Buying a similar taos pair in black to compliment other color combination outfits.

I love the style and

I love the style and feel of these sandals! The only reason I didn't give them a perfect score is that it's winter where I live, with 2 feet of snow on the ground. I bought them for a vacation I am taking in Feb to a warm climate, so I haven't worn them yet, except around the house a bit. So far, they are very comfy & I think I will be very happy with them. They are more supportive than most sandals, soft leather uppers, and very pretty.

Perfect Fit

I love Taos sandals! They are so comfortable! The arch support makes them perfect for wearing them all day especially at festivals. The design features an adjustable strap across my foot allowing me to get the perfect fit for my foot. I have purchased them in several colors because I love them so much!

Comfy

So comfortable and pretty. My only issue is the color, more pink than red, but I ordered another pair in Steel and love the color They have good arch support and the leather is not too stiff. Just right.
