Happy Feet!

The fact that I have this sandal in five different colors should tell you all you need to know about my experience with these plantar fasciitis banishing sandals. Great arch support, well cushioned, and I love the adjustable straps for my high arches. As I've aged, my feet have spread (like my waist). Being able to adjust for width comfort is great.

Unbelievably comfortable

These Taos sandals are the most comfortable sandals I have worn. I have high arches, which need support, and arthritis throughout one foot. I wore these sandals all day and they were so comfortable, I never thought of my feet once. Any one who has foot pain will know how rare that is. I highly recommend these sandals.

Most comfortable sandals!

I bought these after seeing reviews about the comfort for plantar fasciitis. I am not disappointed. They have helped tremendously in alleviating foot pain while being very stylish. Plus they come in so many colors. You can’t go wrong with these sandals.

Comfortable right out of the box.

Great looking, high quality shoes. Very comfortable right out of the box. They offer less arch support than I was expecting, but there is some, and they are comfortable. Not sure I will want to walk miles in them, but they will be great for running errands. I like these better than the Double U, which is similar but with no back strap. The back strap is comfortable and keeps the shoe on my foot. I had to return the Double U's because they would not stay straight on my feet. These ones are keepers though. Another nice thing- if you have bunions, these shoes do not make contact with them (at least in my case). I'm very happy about that!

Best Walking Sandal

Worth every penny. I wore these in NYC, walking all day, more than 30,000 steps! No blisters or sore feet. I'm overweight and have struggled with plantar fasciitis off and on the last few years. Will purchase again in different colors!

Very Comfortable

I've worn these sandals every day since I received them. They are the most comfortable shoes I own. I have plantar fasciitis and I don't need my orthotics when I wear them.

Great sandals

Feel great right out of the box. Prefer to tennis shoes. I have them in two colors. I have bunions and flat feet. Very difficult to find shoes that don’t hurt my feet. I wore the first pair for three days on vacation walking everywhere and they were so comfortable.

Wore in Italy - basically out of the box!

My feet are not easy. I wear a 10. 5 or 10 wide depending on the brand and style. I have one pretty intense bunion and another that's not as bad. I try to wear "foot-shaped" shoes like Xero and Lems. I just got back (yesterday) from a 10-day trip to Italy. I purchased these sandals with the intention of wearing them on days when there was less walking and out to dinner. I ended up wearing these sandals just about every single day I was away. They were more comfortable than the sneakers I brought. They adjustable, incredibly comfortable out of the box (I did wear them around the house to make sure I liked them), and have padding on the heel strap - no blisters or discomfort at all! I got the lighter brown color (don't remember what it's called), and I will definitely get another pair before school starts again in September. They'll be excellent for teaching. I might want a pair that slips on, too, but I don't know how well they stay on for walking. I am a very dedicated online shopper, and this is probably the first review I've written. These sandals are excellent.

I'm really happy with these

I'm really happy with these sandals! They're really comfortable right out of the box, even with my bunion. They provide great support for wearing and walking all day. The quality is great and the style is versatile.

These sandals gently hugged my

These sandals gently hugged my feet the moment I put them on. I have had plantar fasciitis and need arch support and these sandals are great support. Love the color, too.

Best style ever

Please never stop making this style! I will always need another pair, but sizing is tricky for me. I have long, thin and narrow flat feet. While I love the arch support, quality leather and cute style, the fact that there are no half sizes means if I buy an 8 my big toe hangs over and when I go up to a 9 they are so wide I run out of Velcro to cinch them tight enough to stay in. Which is the case with these. Sadly, they are not returnable.

Cute and Comfortable

These sandals are so comfy! I feel like I’m walking on clouds. I have high arches, and the arch support is amazing. The straps can be adjusted to fit your feet perfectly, so they’re not too tight or too loose. They’re also really cute and I love the color.

Comfortable and Classy

I LOVE these shoes! They are comfortable and classy looking. I wear them with jeans, wide legged pants and dresses! They go with everything! I have flat feet and the arch support is great. I can wear them all day long.

Super Comfy and Cute Sandal

I have flat wide feet and finding comfortable shoes is a challenge. I recently tried Taos for the first time and bought the Big Time sandal in wide width. These sandals are big time comfy. Adjustable straps work well for me for very active walking days without looking clunky or too "sensible". Very cute style coupled with terrific function. More money than I normally spend on sandals, but worth the cost. I like them so much, I bought a second pair in another color.

Shoes are ok

The leather is soft and they look great, but they don’t have much arch support and the bed of the shoe is not as comfortable as their marketing wants you to believe. I had hoped they would be suitable for walking all day while on vacation, but I don’t they don’t have enough support. These shoes are not bad, but not worth the money.

Supportive sandals perfect for travel

I bought these shoes for a vacation in Portugal where I would be walking a lot. They were amazing! Super comfortable and no break-in time needed. I have also worn them teaching all day long and they give me so much support that my back doesn’t hurt at the end of the day like it does with other sandals.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis which

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis which causes neuropathy. I have only worn sneakers in the summer because I couldn't find any sandals I liked. These sandals were comfortable right out of the box. The velcro helps with the swelling that is bound to happen daily. They are also quite stylish, so I am very happy with them and plan to get another pair.

So comfortable!

I am 54 and of the age where I am looking for COMFORTABLE shoes that are still CUTE. These are both. I have a bunion on one foot and these are super comfortable. I wear them to work and they feel great all day no matter how much I'm on my feet. I am going to Italy soon and I plan to take these with me on my trip. They're expensive, but worth the investment if you are looking for a good shoe. You will check every box with these: cute, comfortable, well made. I plan to order another pair in a brown color soon.

Big Time is a very

Big Time is a very comfortable and stylish sandal that can be worn all day, going from casual to dressy; I ordered the wide but probably didn’t need to as the Velcro strap across the top of the foot would have addressed that issue (I don’t have super wide feet, but if you do, go with the wide). I also have a slightly high arch, so the Velcro strap around the ankle allows for a good fit. I wore this sandal a few times to work and my feet still felt good at the end of the day, and no sweaty feet.

Love my new sandals

Bought these for a long trip to London and where I will be walking about 5 miles a day. Right now I am in walk training got into them and they were comfortable from the very first step. It’s my second pair of towel shoes. I love them both. I have a wide ,flexible foot with a high instep and high arch, and they still feel great.

Got bunions? No problem.

Dreamy fit right out of the box, oh my. Perfect Taos quality. Got these in bruschetta, expected something brighter but it’s more of a weathered paprika. Quite pretty, surprisingly light weight. Perfect for travel or walking on cobblestones. Straps fit around bunions, no issues.

Love these sandals!

I ordered these sandals for the support. They fit great, are cute, and they are very supportive. I have a narrow foot with a very high arch along with a metatarsal issue. These sandals are great for my feet.

Super comfy sandals

Not only are these sandals cute, they are very comfortable and adjustable at the toe and ankle straps. My high arch feels support, too, which is sometimes hard to find. Worth the money in my opinion.

I love these sandals! I've traveled in a different style and I bought these for an upcoming trip to have more choices for footwear. They are comfortable right out of the box, no break in time! I love the adjustable straps at both the ankle and the forefoot. My skinny feet never fit in the sandals that have a fixed strap over the forefoot, they always have a large gap. I love the arch support as well. I recommend Taos all the time.

Great Sandals!

Since developing plantar fasciitis several years ago, Taos sandals are one of the few I can wear so I probably have well over 15 pairs. Suffice it to say I love Taos sandals because they look stylish while supporting my feet and the Big Time are no different. They look good and are comfortable for all day wear right from the box and I like the fact that they have quieter soles.

A great fitting shoe

I have issues with bunions and fitting sandals is a challenge depending upon the style of the shoe. This was a winner right out of the box, which is how shoes should be. The shape of the shoe supported my foot and I had no need to break them in. That is the characteristic of a well designed and well made shoe. Thank you!

Perfect sandals!

Love my Big Time sandals! I bought my first pair of Toas sandals at a small outlet shop, not knowing the brand, but loving and wearing them for 15 years! I've had foot surgery and can't wear just any sandal. Big Time sandals fit perfectly, hug my foot and give great support where I need it. Since I owned a pair, I knew they would be a perfect fit. I can wear them all day. Worth every penny! I won't wait so long to buy my next pair!

Comfort and style Taos sandals

My new Big Time Taos sandals are extremely comfortable. I opted for a wide width with the option of adjusting the straps making these sandals uniquely suitable for bunions and neuropathic feet. They are very stylish as well and I have worn them more than any other sandal I own.

Very comfortable sandals!

This is my 2nd pair of Taos sandals. Both ran true to my size and were comfortable right out of the box! I have very high arches and these provide a lot of support. I will absolutely buy another pair in the future.

Just what I needed. Comfortable

Just what I needed. Comfortable right out of the box!! I almost sized up based on other reviews saying how their toes extended past the tip. I am glad I didn’t though because I have short toes, and my 9w was a perfect fit! I’m not a huge fan of my feet so I am thrilled how the tan color of the sandal blends in well with my skin tone and doesn’t draw a lot of attention to my feet. The straps are perfectly placed so as not to bother my bunions and can be adjusted as needed. The Big Time is really cute, comfortable and extremely versatile. Can wear with many outfits and will definitely cut down the number of shoes I need to bring when traveling.

Great Quality

I love these sandals. They are stylish and comfortable. I have a bunion on my right foot so I can't stand a strap that goes across that area. The straps of these sandals go nicely aroung the bunion. I also can't tolerate anything between my toes. My only issue is that I wish the foot bed/sole was a bit thicker under the ball of the foot.

very comfortable

I have wide feet and high arches so the tabs for adjusting could have been made just a smidge longer. I have had the ankle Velcro pop while walking but I could easily readjust. I do worry about that spot wearing out over time.

I bought these for my vacation to the Dominican Republic and they were comfortable right out of the box. I have a bunion and these sandals didn’t bother it at all. With the cushioned soles I was able to dance all night.

Very comfortable

I am always looking for comfortable shoes and these fit the bill. I wear an 8. 0 - 8. 5 and the 8. 0 is perfect. They felt good right out of the box and even though, I have bunions, there is no issue.

Most comfortable and best looking leather sandals out there!

I have narrow feet, and finding any kind of shoe that fits properly is difficult. I decided to buy a pair of Taos sandals- and I cannot believe how well they fit and how comfortable they are. No breaking in required. Beautiful supple leather and varied styles. I ended up buying a second pair in a different color and a third pair in a different style/color. Each is perfect! Nice arch, too. I can walk miles in them with no issues at all. Really so well-made and high quality leather. Thank you, Taos!

These sandals are made for walking

I bought these shoes and they were comfortable right out of the box. I’m used to sandals causing blisters in early wears and not being able to walk far in them. I bought these right before a trip to Italy and walked thousands and thousands of steps and had no issues with any blisters or soreness and my feet felt better than they do after wearing sneakers all day.

Love the - but not for me

Ordered these for everyday wear with shorts or my dresses. Tried them on and they fit great. Color is a beautiful neutral color, not to dark and not light. However, I had to return them due to lack of arch support. A few years back my husband bought me a pair of sneakers that were so comfy. I was hoping the sandals offered the same comfort.

I love my new Taos sandals! They are very comfortable and give good arch support! I can wear them all day and keep going! I can no longer wear heels so wore them to a formal wedding and received compliments on them. I am very pleased with my purchase! Thank you for offering a good quality sandal for over 70!

Greatest cute and comfortable shoes!

Purchased these in black and they were so comfortable out of the box, I came back and ordered a pair in white. They are so cute and can dress up and down. Wonderful arch support, but not so high that they hurt my feet.
