Comfortable supportive shoes!

These shoes are a miracle! I have one pair of Banter and one pair of Babble. Both styles are extremely comfortable and supportive. I wore them sightseeing in Europe and had no blisters, no sore feet, no trouble on the cobblestones. I wore these barefoot right out of the box and they do not rub or need breaking in. I have flat feet and need strong arch support and these shoes deliver without looking clunky or orthopedic. Highly recommend!

On-trend and quality Mary Janes

I really like these Mary Janes! I love the sleekness of their look, the square toe, and the slender band. I stand for hours in church, so having a cute yet supportive shoe is very important to me. These do pretty well, especially for how thin they are. I feel their contoured support more in the center of my foot and less on my arch, which isn't bad, but I think it could be slightly improved. With shoes like these, they normally come with absolutely no support, so anything is appreciated. After standing for a while, I feel some heel pain. but nothing unbearable.

Not as comfortable as other Taos models

I love Taos. Have bought and extensively wear many of their models. The support combined with an updated shoe is a winning combination. However this is the first model that isn’t comfortable right out of the box. I had blisters the first half day wearing them (with minimal walking). But it’s leather and I’m assured the shoe will adopt to my feet! Perfect for travel as it doesn’t take much space in suitcase.

Liked how the shoe hugs the foot. Great support on the heel side but no support on the toe / bunion area. Sadly I had to return.

Wonderful shoes

I love my Taos. I have worn Taos for years for a number of reasons… incredible arch support, trendy and cute styles, and beautiful quality in both leather and construction of the shoe.

Taos shoes are comfortable, well-made

Taos shoes are comfortable, well-made and well-worth the price. I purchased this pair in brown but exchanged it for the black one with very little problem. Only problem was they didn’t have ‘wide’ in this model because I need a roomy toe box; im hoping the ‘leather’ will give a bit. Not sure though about the leather since it’s hard to tell genuine from today’s pseudo leather. I’ll have to take it to a reliable shoe repair shop near me to find out.

If you're looking for a cute and comfortable nude-colored flat, this one is perfect! I have a black Tao flat in a different style, so I knew ordering these would be a good decision. The support in the shoe is great, and the sole makes me feel like I won't slip. The back of the shoe rubs on my achilles a little bit, but I know that will soften as I wear them more. Otherwise, I think the sizing of the shoe is perfect. Tao quality is always great!

My “Babbel” shoes are comfy, sturdy enough to walk in the street, and dressy enough to be a wonderful substitute for stiff little flats or low heeled shoes. The strap reminds me of my childhood Mary Jane’s, but it’s adjustable (with Velcro). Great—soft and comfy.

This is such a comfortable shoe for those of us with compromised toes. The shoe is soft and flexible along with a supportive sole. I did have to size up.

Quality, Beauty, Support

I love my Babble Cognac Ballet Flats! The quality is exceptional! Gorgeous leather and supreme support. These will last forever with care. These do run short like all ballet flats. I wear a 10 but bought an 11 and they fit perfect. I always have to place bandaids on the back of my ankle until they stretch to my foot but this is typical of all ballet flats for me. They are absolutely worth it!

Great shoe! Super comfy and cute! Runs a full size small. I am a size 9 and had to go with a size 10 in this shoe. I normally order Taos shoes in size 9. 5 for a comfortable fit.

Comfortable right out of the box. I did hahe to fabric tape over a seam that is right on the middle of the heal. Hasnt been an issue since.

Finally flats that fit my narrow heels.

I love these shoes. I haven’t been able to wear flats for many, many years. I have narrow heels so my feet always slip out. These stay in place & are so comfortable. I have tried many Mary Jane styles from all the high end brands but the straps cause me pain for some reason. I didn’t even feel the strap on these. I normally wear a size 7 but ended up with a 7 1/2. I purchased both sizes initially to compare. My only complaint is that there aren’t more color options. I would love a pair in navy, red & even a plum color. Please, please offer more colors.

Perfect!

Just received these in cognac and they are beautiful! They are more structured than they appear in the photo and have very good support. I am going to order them in black- only wish they came in a true red! Stylish and super cute.

I wear a 7 in

I wear a 7 in Taos sandals. I was nervous about the reviews mentioning that they run small, so I ordered an 8. They were too narrow and generally tight. I exchanged for an 8 1/2 and they are still snug.

So comfortable and good looking!

I love these shoes in red, they really are great with so many dressy-casual outfits. A little more chic than my Naot shoes. And I have ultra tender feet so it’s a relief that they are so comfortable. I might need these in more colors. Side note, I have a size 7. 5 in Naot, and an 8 in Taos if that helps anyone.

I like these a lot. Supportive for a flat. Cognac color is beautiful. I’m consistently a size 10 and these are slightly snug, hoping they loosen up a bit with wear.
