Taos Footwear partners with Borderfree, a global e-commerce provider, to offer an enhanced international shopping experience for valued customers all around the world. 

Are you an international customer? Now you can:

When you place an international order, your transaction will be with Borderfree, but Taos Footwear is here for all your customer service needs. 

How to Order

Click the country flag in the upper left hand corner of any page to select your desired country and currency. If you don’t see your country listed, Borderfree doesn’t currently ship to that destination. For a complete list of supported countries and territories, click here.

When you check out, your transaction and shipment will be processed by Borderfree. At Checkout, you can choose to prepay duties and taxes or pay them upon delivery. Please note that some countries require paying duties and taxes upon delivery and aren’t eligible for prepayment. 

Payment Methods

Taos Footwear accepts all payment methods supported by Borderfree, including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, JCB and China UnionPay.

You can enter separate shipping and billing addresses at Checkout, and the billing address can be a U.S. address. This solution works well for gifting footwear to international addresses and for U.S. citizens living and working abroad.

Shipping Options & Charges

International shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by Borderfree based on the items you’re purchasing, your chosen shipping method and shipping destination. Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates can’t be guaranteed.

Taos Footwear doesn’t offer free shipping on international orders. 

International customers can ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We can’t ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Taos Footwear doesn’t pay return shipping on international orders. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Duties and taxes paid upon delivery are also non-refundable. Refunds are only given for unworn products in salable condition and in their original packaging. Returns missing original packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please note that if your footwear is deemed as worn and unsalable, you are responsible for shipping costs to get the footwear returned to you.

If you need to make an exchange, this is considered a separate transaction and can be completed at any time. 

If you need to make an international return for a refund that includes duties, taxes and tariffs, email support@taosfootwear.com for a Return Authorization and instructions.
