Shipping Costs & Methods
    • At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you want to ship an item to Canada please shop via our exclusive Canadian partner, Gredico.
    • Items are generally shipped within one business day after the receipt of your order. We ship via UPS Ground, Three Day Select and Second Day Air for most orders. However, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
    • Ground shipping on all orders is free of charge. Expedited shipping incurs additional charges based on service and shipping location.

Shipping Restrictions
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Currently, we are not able to ship to locations outside of the United States.
  • All items are billed immediately upon order confirmation.
  • Most orders begin shipping as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified. For example, if you order an item on Monday that leaves our warehouse in 1-2 full business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States), it will leave our warehouse no later than Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method and the location of your shipping address.
  • Sorry, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Online Return Policy

Please feel free to return your order to the address below. Kindly ensure that the shipment is able to be tracked through your chosen carrier. Include the original packing slip inside the box you ship back to us, otherwise please reference your order number on the outside of the box or in the contents of the package.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow 7 business days for your credit to be processed. Refunds are only given for unworn products in salable condition and in their original packaging within 30 days from the purchase date. Returns missing original packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please note the original shipping cost is not refunded when applicable. If footwear is deemed as worn and unsalable, please note that you’re responsible for shipping costs to get the footwear returned to you. If you're unsure if your footwear meets unworn and salable condition, please feel free to send us pictures of your footwear before shipping them back to us. We will notify you via email when your return has been credited.

We are happy to provide free shipping when getting your footwear to you, however, we do not provide free return shipping. Also, when we issue your refund we will also issue a $15 coupon code to be used on your future purchase at

Sales Tax

We ONLY collect sales tax in the state of CALIFORNIA.

Limited Warranty

Taos Footwear products have a one-year warranty against defective workmanship and/or materials. After inspection, all products deemed defective by Taos Footwear will be repaired, replaced or credited.

If you have an issue regarding your Taos Footwear purchase, please start by reviewing our Limited Warranty posted above. If you feel your issue is subject to this warranty we encourage you to first check with the retailer where they were purchased. They are in the best position to take care of your ongoing needs.

If you’re not satisfied with the retailer’s response and still believe your issue falls within the Limited Warranty, please fully complete our Warranty Submission Form. We will review and respond to your request within 5 business days.
